How All 22 Football works

  1. Step 1

Draft from the full National Dex

Every Pokémon from Bulbasaur to Pecharunt is draftable, with real base stats, typing, height and weight feeding the position grades.

  2. Step 2

    Fill all 22 starting jobs

Quarterback, both lines, linebackers, secondary and kicker. Each slot runs its own weighted grading formula, so a 950 kg wall is a terrible safety and an elite nose tackle.

  3. Step 3

    Simulate a 17-game season

Your board plays a full schedule against graded opponents. Watch the record build week by week, then export the lineup card and compare it with friends.

The board below is the full game. Tap a position to select it, search the pool, and drop a player in. The sidebar tracks how many of your 22 jobs are filled and how your offense and defense grade out before you simulate.

Ready

Every position is graded differently on purpose

Most roster games let you stack the biggest names and win. All 22 Football does not, because football does not work that way. A 1.8 m, 60 kg special attacker is a fine slot receiver and a liability at guard. A 20 m dragon is a matchup nightmare at edge and a wasted roster spot at kicker. The position price list below is the same weighting the simulator uses.

Every roster you finish can be published as a lineup card: 22 names, the shape of your offense and defense, and the final record. Here is what the community is putting on the wall.

All 22 Football FAQ

What is All 22 Football?

All 22 Football is a free browser game where you build a complete 22-position American football roster — 11 on offense, 11 on defense — out of the full 1,025-entry National Dex, then simulate an entire 17-game season. The name comes from coach-speak: the “all-22” is the game film that shows all 22 players on the field at once, which is exactly what your roster board shows you.

How do I build an all-22 lineup?

Tap any position on the roster board, then pick a player from the pool. Each position reads different stats: quarterbacks are graded on accuracy, arm strength and decision-making; edge rushers on speed, weight and power; offensive linemen on mass and balance. When all 22 slots are filled you can simulate a 17-game season and see your record.

How is a 17-0 season possible?

Every simulation runs a real 17-game schedule with a fixed league whose strength climbs from 38 in week 1 to 76 in week 17, plus a small amount of game-day variance. A roster with elite grades at quarterback, both lines and the secondary wins most weeks, but the last five opponents still take their toll: the highest-graded board in the pool averages about 13 wins and finishes undefeated once in roughly 130 seasons. Boards that finish 17-0 are usually balanced rather than top-heavy.

Which generation should I draft from?

Filter the pool by generation if you want a themed team — Gen 1 gives you the original 151, Gen 5 gives you the biggest pool of bulky defensive bodies, and Gen 9 has the fastest edge athletes. Mixed-generation drafts almost always produce the best records because you can cover every position with the best available body type.

Do I need an account to play?

No. The builder, the draft room and the season simulator all run in your browser with no sign-up. Your roster is saved locally so you can come back to it, and you can export a share card image to post anywhere.
